The character farmhouse has recently been refurbished to a high standard and is the perfect home-away-from-home for large or multiple families, as well as groups of friends.

Braunton Farmhouse sleeps up to 10 in five bedrooms and is both child and dog friendly. The large and spacious property has been tastefully decorated throughout and benefits from a big garden, ideal for summer months. The farmhouse features two living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, five first floor bedrooms, including two doubles and three twins, and three bathrooms, two of which are located on the ground floor.

The spacious property has plenty of room for everyone both inside and out and is also equipped to a high standard to make your holiday together truly memorable. Inside the farmhouse has two separate living rooms, as well as so much more that makes it ideal for large groups, but in the warmer months it is the large garden and grounds that really sets this property apart.

Location

Braunton Farmhouse sits just outside the popular North Devon village of Braunton. Thanks to its countryside location it is surrounded by rolling hills and patchwork fields making it wonderfully peaceful for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the towns and cities.

The farm is ideally located for exploring the best of North Devon with the stunning beaches of Saunton, Putsborough, Woolacombe and Croyde all within easy reach, as are many of the areas pretty towns and villages, such as Ilfracombe, Lynton and Lynmouth, Barnstaple and Appledore.

When you don’t want to take advantage of the house’s well-equipped kitchen then why not visit The Rock or The Kings Arms in Georgeham which are only a 5 minute drive and serve excellent food.

When staying at Braunton Farmhouse you won’t be short of finding things to do. If you want to get out and about and explore, some of the country’s best beaches, including Woolacombe and Croyde are within easy reach, as are many of the area’s top attractions, such as The Big Sheep, Exmoor Zoo and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park.

Looking to be a little more active during your holiday? The Tarka Trail and South West Coast Path can be accessed in Braunton and are a great way to see the local coastline either on foot or by bike. There is also horse riding and water-sports available locally with the North Devon Coastline offering some of the best conditions for both beginners and experienced surfers.
